Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes. -Mathew 6:34

What I learned. . .

This past week I learned a lot in my times of prayer.  It was not difficult to organize my prayer day, actually people were very willing to volunteer their time.  The struggle came during my 24 hours of prayer.  As soon as it started, I was notified that my bank account was overdrawn, due to something completely out of my hands.  I was immediately stressed which then caused other things to go wrong.  In the matter of only 15 minutes, I was completely stressed, worried, and hopeless.   I wondered why God was letting all of this hit me at once, then I realized. . .

What if the attacks of the enemy are constantly coming at me, but because God knows I cannot handle them at that moment He holds the attacks back from me.  Because I was trying to do work for the kingdom my faith was built up and God gave me renewed strength to handle whatever may have come my way.  This was proof to me this week that even though the enemy tries to bring us down, God always turns it around for good.
