I was inspired by our group body shop to concentrate more on specific workouts to improve my scores. For an hour and a half I did countless, sit-ups, crunches, lunches, wall-sits, push-ups, and jump-ups. It was super cold out side so instead of running the mile I did a ton of jumping jacks so I still got that cardio in. Hopefully by continually doing these specific exercises I will be able to dominate our next physical fitness test!
My second body shop was focused around the same idea. I did exercises concentrating on specific muscle groups. Like legs, arms, abs, ect. This time I not only did jumping jacks but decided to run stairs. This was a crazy idea, but it was an amazing workout. While running up and down I found that if I recite the scripture that we have been memorizing it is much easier to get through. I was able to do twice as much as I thought I could. This body shop was and hour and a half long which completed my three hours. I built up strength and endurance and pushed past further than I thought I could go.
