Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes. -Mathew 6:34

Body Shop. . .
Body shop this week interesting. From Wednesday to Sunday we were on an Encounter and at Winterfest. I am sure that I had three hours of body shop in there sometime, but it was so scattered that I will not even try to count that.
For my first official body shop I went on an adventure through the neighborhood with Stacey. We journeyed through several different roades and ended up making a giant circle. Walking benefits the body in many ways such as lowering blood pressure and even reducing risks of a stroke. We got a good exercise and were able to become more acquainted with our surroundings.
My second body shop I worked out with the Tae Bo DVD. It was 45 minutes long and worked everything. It helps improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. It was an excellent way to build cardio and also tones and defines muscle groups. It was pretty intense and had me drenched in sweat by the end.
My last body shop was a mixture of a lot of different things. First I did the 30 day shred for 20 minutes. It was a mixture of strength, cardio and abs. Next I did two 10 minute workouts from Stacey’s 10 minute workout DVD. After that I did yet another 10 minute workout concentrating on legs and then a10 minute cool down. This workout may have been random, but there was a lot of exercise.
