This week in body shop was like most others. Because it is so cold outside I have chosen
to stay inside and concentrate on specific muscle groups that I need
improvement. Once again, I worked on
abs, legs, arms, and cardio.
For my first hour, I did strictly arms, legs and abs. I did 10 minutes of stretching before and
after and about 10 minutes each of arms, legs, and abs.
My second hour of body shop I started out with more stretching
so that I could get warmed up. Then I
got my muscles warmed up with some cardio.
Next, I moved onto abs and switched between abs and legs. I ended my body shop with a quick cool down.
