For body shop this week, I did it all. Because we were constantly on the go I had to
find odd times to fit in workouts. I did
a lot of stationary things like crunches and lunges and I also did some walking
and running. I walked/ran for about an
hour and a half. This benefited me by
building endurance and getting my heart rate going. I did two ten minute intervals of ab and leg
workouts. By doing this, I was able to
go back and forth between exercises so that I did not exhaust myself in one
area. I did the same thing with arms and
cardio. I switched every ten minutes for
a total of twenty minutes on each.
Amongst all of these things I also included a ten minute warm up and
cool down for each day.
